Service questions
The details people ask about before signing.
Can I combine services in one contract?
Yes. That's what our growth retainer is for. You get a pool of monthly hours you can split across any service, and you can shift the mix each month.
Do you mark up ad spend?
No. You pay Google, Meta, and other platforms directly from your own accounts. Our fee covers strategy, management, and creative.
Will you work with our existing team or vendors?
Yes. We often support an in-house marketer or developer, or work alongside a vendor you want to keep. We'll agree on clear ownership up front.
What do you need from us to get started?
Admin access to the relevant accounts, a point of contact who can make decisions, and about two hours of your team's time during discovery for interviews.
Do you sign NDAs and BAAs?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before discovery, and business associate agreements for healthcare clients who need HIPAA coverage.
What happens if we want to stop?
After the first 90 days, retainers are month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We'll document everything and hand off access, files, and code cleanly.
Not sure which service you need?
Tell us what you're trying to achieve. We'll recommend where to start, even if it's just one service.
